Phone Policy
We have developed a phone policy to better help you as our client because we know that your time is valuable. This policy will also enable us to continue to provide high quality legal services. We ask that you assist us by following this policy.
Except in an emergency, please call during regular business hours. Those business hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When leaving a message, please leave your name, phone number, and advise the best time to reach you at your number. Whenever possible, we attempt to return all messages before we leave for the day.
If a member of our staff can help you, please give them the information and allow them to take care of your inquiry.
If your call is urgent, please explain what the emergency involves to the person answering your call. An attorney or someone from the firm will return your call as soon as possible.
We have voice mail during non-business hours. If you need to leave a message, please leave your name, phone number the best time to reach you. The person who needs to return your call should also be named.
We would like to thank you for your cooperation and assistance in improving the attorney/client relationship in following these simple steps. If you have any questions or suggestions in improving our policy, please leave your comments with our receptionist.
